Yes, it would be possible. However, please keep in mind that this is a very specific case. Also, if the source is OCR you can get incorrect results. Consider the situation that a sentence in a paragraph ends at the end of a line. The next line would start with a new sentence that is part of the same paragraph. The option you describe would then result in an incorrect scenebreak instead of the next line in the paragraph of perhaps the next paragraph. So, it could lead to quite incorrect results.

Most scene breaks have at least some white space between the lines.

If you still want it, please put it on the issue list and I will take a look at it.
