You have different ways:

Plugin KoboUtilities: send the comments to the Kobo database, so you can see them when look at book details
I think that the Kobo driver sends them too, along with the series info (first time you connect the ereader after sending the book to the device and disconnect it)
You can create a jacket inside the book (I think you can do it with Polish tool) which includes the comments.
