I find this whole thing pretty annoying--since I've never been on the merry-go-round or tried to work the system, I think Audible should offer loyal-customer me more perks than it offers to you fly-by-nighters who have joined and canceled umpteen times! But no, my loyalty goes unrewarded. Sniff, sniff.
