Hmm, the company appears to be based in Canada, so I'd be careful about copyright as Canadian copyright laws seem to be different. I'd take a look at fadedpage.com, there's quite a lot up there in terms of ebooks that are out of copyright in Canada but not necessarily elsewhere.
