@sk8terek: Assuming you don't have an exotic PW3 variant (check the wiki), in which case the hotfix install would have failed the first time around, too; then yeah, you're screwed.
@knc1: Yeah, once enabled, the parental controls are fine-grained enough to be able to disable just that without messing with the rest of the system
