I've never used Spotify.
I listen to Radio Paradise regularly. I'd always been able to say "Alexa, play Radio Paradise," and it would start playing right away. About a week ago, that stopped working. I had to say "Alexa, play
TuneIn Radio Paradise."
I reported it via the Alexa app (Voice Feedback "Did Alexa do what you wanted" - I pressed "No"). Several days later, it again worked without having to include "TuneIn," and it's been fine ever since.
I hope Amazon fixes it for you.
