I ran that this morning and the database came back immediatly as OK. Also it displayed the list of files in 11 seconds today, not the 19 minutes it took yesterday.
I had a problem with Calibre and conflicted OPF files for individual books, caused by Dropbox as that is where my library is stored (Its accessable via three pcs). Last night I gambled and deleted 1400 conflicted OPF files and maybe those now being gone is what's cleared up my GLO HD issue.
