On the first page, you accuse Kobo of having an unauthorized copy.
You might want to remove that.
It is not about the book itself and is distracting.
If I found a book like that in the wild (other than from a thread) then I would make a mental note to find a different version and attempt to avoid that editor in the future.
It does not look professional.
