Sorry folks, I am another person looking to resurrect a frozen kobo touch.
I have removed the SD card from the back and my windows laptop asks to format it. Sounds like there is something wrong with it. I am hoping to get a copy of the image for it and write this to the SD card and getting it back running again.
It belongs to the better half and she does like her books.
