Reading the editor's note, it seems that they're considering Arizona the
wild west, and I guess San Francisco was too civilized by that time to be part of the wild west or something.
I guess it works, sort of, but it's still a major error to have that in the blurb. Not sure that bodes well for the rest of the book.
