Your Kindle should do a software update and then restart.
NOTE:
You do not install the the 'hotfix' package with MrPI -
MrPi is a KUAL extension -
And KUAL can not be run without parts of the 'hotfix' package that is being installed.

Just follow the directions as quoted above and you will be alright, even if you do not need the 'hotfix' package contents.
Just do it.
