Hi,

After converting book to AZW3 or MOBI viewer in Calibre nicely shows H2 inline
I've set this:

So I get this:
http://postimg.org/image/eqc8t2uqj/
But in my Kindle Paperwite TOC is still shown with each heading in it's own line.
