I too have the same problem!!
I have sent a message via ereader-store's contact form and am hoping for a reply.
I lost all my scribbles in the PDFs (am getting used to this by now) and I also can't save any more new ones. funny thing is that it sort of disappears when you move to other apps. You can also see it when you turn off (in the middle of doing some scribbles) and then turn back on again; you can literally see the scribbles disappear before your very eyes!
BTW, if I want to consider a reset - is it the "Factory data reset" under the "Privacy" setting?
Am not sure how to use the "Back up my data" checkmark on the same page. Do I just check it? How do I know if the back up has finished?
