I assume you mean that you create and manage collections on the device but through the Calibre plugin, right?

So how are they actually stored on the device? If you transfer them through Calibre, than I suppose an author named folder are created in the root alongside the kobo folder, digital edition folder. Or if you copy the books manually to the device, where do you put them?
