EDIT: at the moment some of the books from the list are ending up free. I added a Carina title to my cart and it started calculating the list titles as 100% off.
OK - it looks like it varies by title - some are stacking with the cumulative total of 100% and others are not. For me the Cynthia Eden's are coming up free as well as a couple of the Sheila Roberts.
When all codes are stacked together with a minimum of 4 titles from the specified list, the discount is coming out to 85%.
