1. I have the Energy Pro HD and if I wanted to go back to their FW there is no other way than using the ROM Kitchen. I don't know if that's the case for the Boyue. You don't need to have a confirmadb access (I am saying this because in some cases, like in mine, it is not confirmed nevertheless existent, thus allowing me to change ROMs).
2. If you don't know Jack about adb, where could you ever have the idea to change ROM ?

You seem to be playing without knowing what you are doing, and should just leave your device as is. ROM switching / cooking is not for everyone, and if you don't have the basics understanding for what you are doing, don't do it.

. You'll end up with a pretty but expensive brick.
It's not as if this warning has never been given before btw....
