That post doesn't say "my first language isn't English" to me, it says "I am illiterate, don't know how to use spelling, punctuation, or capital letters, and have no idea how to break up a chain of ideas into a logical sentence+paragraph structure".
Most non-native English speakers that I have seen actually have pretty good English, but even the ones with bad English have better communication skills than that.
Heck, even the ones who rely on Google Translate because they don't know a single word of English, can do better.

Yes, that is right. Trying to decipher the meaning behind the OP of this thread is harder for me than trying to decipher the meaning behind Chinese ==> English, Google Translate-generated posts.
Language barriers are easier to defeat. And I am pretty understanding of them too.
Random Word Soup on the other hand is a language that I do not understand and won't bother trying.
