Wait, the author metadata is different from the folder name? That isn't supposed to happen...
Now, on Windows which is case-insensitive, correcting the capitalization won't modify the file structure. But a missing space should absolutely have been updated.

Perhaps somehow the rename failed and calibre left the filename alone. In any event, if you rename the title or author and then go back to the proper name, it will force calibre to re-move the book, which *should* fix this glitch.
