Also keep in mind, the library is scriptable via the commandline ` calibredb` backend. cf. the subcommands "restore_database" or "remove_format". (The "check_library" subcommand does not appear to have an option to fix the things it reports on.) |
Actually, I just copied the library, and in the new library I selected all book records, and selected "remove files of a certain type from selected books", and removed all file types. This leaves all of the book records without the actual book formats.
