I haven't caught up with all of the comments yet. I took it in small pieces. The style grew on me as the book progressed. I wasn't sure in the beginning. However by the end I think I rather enjoyed it. I'm glad we read it at least!
The first read through was difficult to pick out whether something would be important to later or could be discarded. Since it was short, I am now reading it through a second time and find it much more enjoyable because I am able to pick up on more of the nuances and parallels between the characters.
