The downloads of ePub are surprisingly high. I wonder how many of these are being viewed via Stanza on iPhones.
And they also mention they're not DRM protected.
And they don't say it won't work on other readers, just that they haven't tested it:

There are Mobipocket-compatible ebook readers for a variety of devices, including Blackberries. We have not tested our Mobipocket ebooks on any device except the Kindle, and at this time cannot provide support for customers using Mobipocket ebooks on devices besides the Kindle.
But I love this development. The more publishers do this, the more other publishers will notice the ebook community is growing.
