Nope, for that you need to pull out the (government-issue) electron microscope. Even Windows doesn't keep backups of old, deleted passwords.

After considerable effort and essentially forcing Lastpass on her, my mother has finally graduated from using her own name with letters changed to numbers as bleeding-edge banking-level security.
