PW-3, with 5.6.5 firmware - -
Check that you have (on the left) 'downloaded' selected, rather than 'cloud' -
In your filter (on the right) have 'all items' selected -
Make sure you have the date/time correct - if not, use the ;st command to set it.

The PW-3 should still be new enough that none of them would be having flash chip failures.
But one can never know -
it could be a 'Lemon Chip" or the user could have repeatedly let the battery fully discharge.
