Meh, is spam really an issue anymore? My gmail accounts catch pretty much all unsolicited stuff in the spam folder and any promotions from sites I actually use get sent to the "Promotions" tab where I don't need to look at them unless I choose. If I want to see every email from a site, I move it back to the inbox and Google asks me if I want the site's messages to go there from now on, and I say "Yes." Zero agitation.
