I use Moon+ on my phone and I have all my books on my Lan, actually on my laptop. I can easily access them from Moon+ or using ES File Explorer. I use Calibre for conversions but not as a library program but that's okay. Moon+ can access my lan's ebook library directly.
I also upload most of the books I'm likely to read in the near future to Dropbox and I can access those directly from Moon+ as well. It handles connecting to Dropbox or Google Drive very gracefully, making it even easier than accessing my Lan.
