There are only a few things with lxml that I see in the ports tree; and these two seem like the most likely suspects:
Port: py27-lxml-3.5.0
Path: /usr/ports/devel/py-lxml
Info: Pythonic binding for the libxml2 and libxslt libraries
Port: tclxml-3.3
Path: /usr/ports/devel/tclxml
Info: API for parsing XML documents using Tcl
I'm assuming it is the first?
