Your problem has nothing to do with DRM, so you should've started a new thread.

But I can tell you right now, you will need to update your out-of-date calibre from version 1.48 (which was released nearly 2 years, 1 major version, and 57 minor versions ago).
I am pretty sure that bug was fixed in calibre v2.0.0 but regardless you need to verify that the error is present on an actual supported version.
