You should only get this issue if you've disabled that metadata update (not sure how you'd do that) or are reading directly from the Calibre library.
Regardless, I can't think of any reason not to automatically put the collected tags directly in the merged epub. Test version has been updated to include that. |
I must be reading directly from the Calibre library? My library is stored in my dropbox folder and Marvin searches that folder for all epubs and lets me download them from there.
