I don't understand what I do.
Not simple for beginners -- which is why it is no longer the first post. Perhaps easier for you to do the serial jailbreak then? But that requires peeling the front bezel off without damaging the glass or the eink cables, and a modicum of soldering skills (or foam/pins/tape as described elsewhere). Or find a techie in your area to help you.
