I connected the Kindle in fastboot mode on a computer running Windows, but the computer recognized it as an Android device, and the Mfgtool can't work. So I'll try to exit the fastboot on a Linux virtual machine.
Can Yifanlu's "Fastboot-Kindle" tool work with Kindle paperwhite 2?
