It seems to be only these batteries for me right now. They all show as Prime (4-5 days), but the ones in the middle of the top row in the screen shot can be delivered tomorrow or Wednesday which is normal Prime. The one in the top row right has only one choice if I try to buy it - free delivery on Thursday. This should not be shown as Prime or Amazon needs to give me a way to filter it out.
This article talks about a new program called Ship by Region and says Amazon is not limiting Prime shipping. I buy from Amazon for two day shipping and if there's no way for me to filter out the slow shipping then Amazon *is* limiting Prime shipping.
