I had deleted all the attributes, that seemed kindle does not support the epub:type="footnote" and epub:type="rearnote".I added them just to test other epub3 reader (as gitden reader and namo pubtree reader) what makes them to enable the pop-up footnote. The result gitden truns on pop-up footnote just need the attribute epub:type: "noteref".

I do not konw what enable the pop-up on kindle.
