You can not deregister through the website, yes there are links to 'erase and deregister' but all it does is brings up instructions on how to do so using the Nook.
Call BN support, tell them the Nooks were stolen. They can blacklist the SN of the device from buying new content, and from downloading anything new. Though chances are the thief already deregistered them and sold them. It's too easy to trace back fraudulent charges if they were to use your Nook to purchase books.
