You need an app to "extract" the installed CC APK. There are zillions of them. Go to the Play Store and search for "APK backup".

You can also do the job with some file managers, for example ES File Explorer (ES). In ES, go to the APP section (in the left pull-out drawer), long-press on CC to select it, then tap the small button at the top that looks like a pair of pac-men. ES will copy the CC APK to the "backups/apps" folder on your device.

Once you have the APK then copy it to the new device somehow. The easiest way might be to email it.
