I've used my Cybook at temperatures around 0°c (32°F). I did note in my recent long term review that at such temperatures there seem to be occasional screen refresh issues.

I'll be more careful in future but I'd also note that the ability to read a few pages while waiting for a bus/train is one of the features of eReaders so having to be careful about temperatures is not good.
