We have flex time at work. I wanted to expand it to flex days. For example, 4 10hr days a week rather than 5 8hr days. My boss wouldn't go for it. Because they knew that most people worked 5 10 hour days already.
But, I do at least get to work two days at home a week. Saves on gas and travel time (which is about 45-50 mins a day).
