Factory reset, go to the firmware thread in the Kobo developer's section and find the version firmware after the one you have after a factory reset. Then download all you can until you get to the latest one. Update using each version firmware until you are done. Then see if the problem you are having is still a problem. |
I updated firmwares one by one. And I will write results later.
