Again, I wish them to fulfill their obligations, and will be glad about it. But that's strange that the indiegogo policy allows to publish new campaigns, despite the fact that the creator of the previous campaign obviously did not comply with his own promises, and now offers, at least, some of his backers to buy something else instead of what they origionally subscribed to.
Is it not a cheating? Correct me if I do not know some details.
