Except in my case they are trying to send me the whole thing as a replacement and it won't ship until August 12.
At the same time, someone else from CS is trying to get me to send mine back in the next 24 hours.
I was at work and missed their call.
I'm like ... no ... no ... no thank you. I emailed them but haven't heard back.
They need to change the order to just the device because I would have had it already. The first person I talked to said it would just be the device.
I'm going to talk with them tomorrow since it's 10pm and I still need dinner ... however the forum is more fun than dinner for a few more minutes
