Hey guys. Just got my paperwhite 3 very recently. I have a few questions about formats and calibre.

Right now, I have a few books in both the epub and mobi formats. I know I can use calibre and transfer the mobi files to my kindle via USB. However I notice that I can convert my files to the azw3 format using calibre. Is there any reason I should be doing so as compared to simply using the mobi format?
