He wants "step-by-step" instructions without "too many words"? Those two conditions are mutually exclusive. Including all possible steps with no hidden assumptions vastly increases word count. Fewer words requires consolidating multiple steps at the expense of assuming that the reader will intuit the assumed intermediate steps.

I guess you need a more condensed and expressive language than English, to meet those requirements. Does Arabic meet those demands? If so, perhaps that is why he was lamenting that no Arabs answered his questions (in whatever forum he asked them)...
