Sleeping is a waste of time.
Staying awake is a waste of energy.
This is a dilemma.

I find that I get interested in something and keep doing it until I feel tired. And I don't tire easily. So my sleep pattern is incredibly irregular. It can be between four and six hours (at any time of the day or night) for a few days. Then I sleep round the clock, and repeat the process.
