If your picture represents the true color of your cover, mine is much darker. In some lights, you might not even notice the Amazon logo. And mine is not fuzzy, though you can feel some texture when you rub it. And like yours, mine has picked up some dings and scratches, though most of them will rub out if you care about them, which I don't. I like that nothing about it suggests it's an expensive electronic device. It looks more like an old used leather-covered address book.
