Don't think of the cost of the device, think of the REPLACEMENT cost. You cannot buy a Kobo Mini now. So if it was to break, you would not have one. You have to treat your devices with care and a sleeve is not caring for your Mini. You take the Mini out of the sleeve, and there is no protection.
