I've seen the behavior Harry T describes with my Voyage in an aftermarket sleep cover--but only when setting my Voyage down on a metal table with the cover folded back. The combination of the magnet in the cover and the metal table will cause the Voyage to turn off. I end up either unfolding the cover and laying it flat or putting a napkin between the folded back cover and the back of the voyage. But if this happens, I can immediately turn the Voyage back on--I don't have to wait a minute or two as DisneyGirl needs to. If this behavior continues, I think you should probably contact Amazon customer support, because it sounds like a faulty device to me.
