Look, i 100% agree that you can't upload it into my head....
I'm a software developer and i'm pretty handy with things too...so i have the "skills" for for both things (build it and use it)....
I know that serial it's different from usb, but i thought that in this case it could just work (checking around)...
But i guess that you know better than me that when you don't know something because you never dealt with it it takes 100 times more to get things straight and get your head around it completely.
It takes 1/10 of the time though if someone can show you or explain to you what to do step by step....
That's why i asked for a step by step guide on what to do, where to find tools or how to build them eventually etc etc....
Sending me around is ok, but if you don't link exactly what i have to read / check, it might be 100% useless because if you're not into this, you won't pick things correctly and you might be looking at things that maybe changed during the time and so on or wrong POSTS/THREADS.
What, don't you think that i've already been around the forum checking every single thread looking for info??

PS2: sorry for this anyway, but as said i'm feeling a bit frustrated about this cos i've my friend pushing me to have his kindle back from one side, and from this side i can't make progress xD
