The headphone jack failed on my fire phone. I was using it a lot in the car for audible and TTS. I snagged the cord on something, so it's my own fault. I don't think I want to risk opening it up, since everything else stilll works and the connectors are probably too small for me to fix anyway.
No point to this post, just venting.
