Yeah, the color temperature is a lot closer to midday on a cloudy day, than the warm white LEDs I use in my lamps. Maybe Amazon is trying to keep us alert and reading more ... buying a lot more books :-) Or maybe itīs just to compensate for the gray e-ink to make it paperwhite in most lighting conditions.
