Oh, I have lots of Southern cookbooks among all of the other ones that I have. There are more recipes in them than I could use if I cooked a different one three times a day for the rest of my life. The problem is, when I see one that I don't have . . . .

But I'll keep your cookbooks in mind. I might ask if sometime you would check to see if you have one for a particular dish.

Now, are these real Southern cookbooks? South Texas, or anywhere else in Texas for that matter, doesn't count.
