I always have one book on the go on my phone, I refer to it as my phone book, that I read whenever I'm by myself and waiting for something. I tend to make it be a book of a movie I've already seen. That way I'm familiar with the story and even if it takes me weeks between readings I usually don't feel lost when I pick it up again.
